In order to demonstrate how effective the involvement of a Case Manager can be, we have selected six case histories to provide an insight into what happened, what we did and what the outcome was for our clients.
The outcome in all cases is extremely positive and proves quite clearly that the intervention of a Case Manager, and other professionals and support staff, can make an enormous difference to the clients life, their well-being and their future.
