Linda also has a number of other skills gained whilst working as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive’s Department of Lincolnshire County Council for 10 years, she has a range of organisational and secretarial skills key to leading a multi-disciplinary team.

Nargis qualified in 1971 from The University of Bombay with a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy and a post graduate diploma in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Since then she has worked extensively in the UK, both as an Occupational Therapist and as a Case Manager, within the NHS, Social Services and the private sector with adults and children.
