Unit Manager of Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit, Ticehurst House Hospital. This role included the management of a large multi-disciplinary team, holding the unit budget and ultimate responsibility for clinical and financial responsibility for the unit.

1996 – 2000

Nurse at West Kent Neuro-rehabilitation Unit.  A member of multi-disciplinary team in NHS neuro-rehabilitation facility. Client base were adults with acquired brain injuries and other neurological incidents.
