Overview

Katrina qualified in 2000 from St Loye’s School of Occupational Therapy with a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy. Katrina has a wide range of experience working with adults and children with acquired brain injury, adults, children and adolescents with mental health problems, the elderly and also physical disabilities.  She has worked in the NHS and in private organisations. Katrina has experience of management and also developing service provision.

Senior Occupational Therapist, part time, Parklands Hospital Basingstoke.  Working with adults with acute mental health problems, inpatient unit and intensive care unit.

May 2006- Present.

Senior Occupational Therapist. (Private, Harrisons Associates) Working with a lady in her own home who has an acquired brain injury.

March 2007- August 2008.

Occupational Therapy manager. Leigh House hospital Winchester.  Working with children and adolescents with mental health needs including eating disorders and behavioural assessment. Leading a therapy team including coordination of a group programme and supervision of a team.

Senior Occupational Therapist. Thornford Park hospital Thatcham. Working with adults who have a forensic mental health problem.
