Richard qualified as a Social Worker in 2005 after studying at Suffolk College, gaining the Diploma in Social Work.
Richard is employed by ILS as a Case Manager/Social Worker and joins us with 4 years case management experience and as an Advanced Member of BABICM.

Richard's experience is based on almost 20 years practice in the childcare sector in a number of settings. Richard has worked with children and young people displaying a range of complex needs, including emotional behaviour disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Brain Injury.
Richard has worked in a number of settings in both the private and statutory sector supporting pupils with special needs and/or challenging behaviour. He is a member of the CYP study group at BABICM and has helped develop training and support for brain injury case managers.
