Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for qualified therapists, nurses and social workers to become Case Managers to work nationwide but particularly Kent, East Sussex and Birmingham working in the field of spinal injury, brain injury or paediatrics.
As a Case Manager you will:
- Provide in-depth assessment of clients’ needs
- Co-ordinate care & rehabilitation packages
- Recruit and manage care staff and therapists
- Assess function, lifestyle, housing and equipment

Adult Therapy Service – treating Occupational Therapists
Work as part of our Therapy Team planning and implementing goal directed Occupational Therapy programmes maximising clients’ independence in the areas of personal care, work and leisure.
