• Qualified from St Thomas' Hospital as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1984
• Joined ILS in 2003
• Experience of case managing children and young adults with all types of disabilities. This includes setting up care teams, housing adaptations, equipment provision and liaising with solicitors.
• Expertise in Moving & Handling with extensive experience in the voluntary, statutory and private sectors.  Set up and managed the ILS Moving & Handling Service since 2008.
• Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, CMSUK, BABICM, National Back Exchange.

Alison is responsible for:

• The case management referral process.
• The Professional Mentors who oversee the Case Managers and Therapists.
• The specialist services: Moving & Handling, Posture & Seating and Adult Brain Injury and Vocational Rehab.
• Monitoring standards of care delivered to our clients and Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance.
• Alison is also involved in the recruitment of Case Managers and Specialist Service Therapists.
