Founded in 1992, ILS now employs over 50 Case Managers providing nationwide and overseas coverage.
ILS is a leading provider of Case Management and Occupational Therapy. We are a dynamic, client focused company dealing primarily with personal injury, clinical negligence and birth injury cases. We are fully compliant with the standards required by the CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection).
We work with anyone who has an identified need; this includes people who have acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, multiple orthopaedic injuries and mental health issues. We assess their needs and are able to provide a comprehensive Case Management service. We are also expanding and developing our Vocational Rehabilitation service.
As the leading provider in the field, working with children both with acquired brain injury and cerebral palsy, we have many case managers in our team who specialise in paediatrics. We also have a specialist ‘Children’s Therapy Service’.
Our Case Managers have backgrounds in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, nursing and social work - all are members of BABICM. We also have two neuropsychologists working with some of our head injured clients developing goals towards their return to work.
We have a dedicated Administration Team and a Human Resources Department based at our head office in Wilton and are registered with the CRB enabling us to process disclosures.
ILS is a ‘training excellence’ award winner and are ‘Investors in People’ recognised.
Our inspection in September 2006 by the CSCI rated ILS as ‘outstanding’ and it was judged that our case management service provides ‘excellent’ outcomes for those who use it.
In July 2007 & 2008, we won the Solstice Park ‘Business of the Year Award’.
