We prepare a detailed job description.

We place the right advertisement, in the right publication(s).

We handle enquiries, send out application forms and chase responses.

We arrange interviews, offer jobs and inform unsuccessful candidates.

We take up references.

We obtain Enhanced Disclosures from the Criminal Records Bureau – with which we are registered.

We arrange trial days, working with the client under supervision when appropriate.

We arrange insurance for employment matters and indemnity insurance for the carers.

We provide training and supervision for carers and support workers to maintain an enthusiastic, committed care team.
