Helen qualified in 2008 from the School of Occupational Therapy at the University of Lancaster. She qualified with a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Therapy. Helen has specialised from her first role in Neuro-rehabilitation. As a result of this she has a particular interest and subsequent expertise in the field of Acquired Brain Injury. She has worked for the private sector with clients as in-patients and in the community

Helen Specialises in working with Adults and Young Adults with Acquired Brain Injury and associated conditions. Providing case management for young adults and adults who have a variety of conditions and complex needs including acquired brain injury and spinal injury. She supports her clients to increase their understanding of their accident, maximise their independence and often to access education and employment.

Occupational Therapist in Neuro-rehabilitation at Central Scotland Brain Injury Centre. Helen started to develop her skills in the field of Acquired Brain Injury. Working with young people and adults with Acquired Brain Injury, particularly those with high level cognitive and executive difficulties. Helen also treated a variety of other neurological conditions, such as stroke and brain tumour.
