Following an INA, or based on previous years costs, a schedule of monthly fixed payments is put in place, enabling easier budgeting and draw down of client’s funds.
A monthly summary is sent of actual hours of work undertaken but the monthly payments remain the same until the end of the first year when they are reviewed. Calculations for the following year’s fixed monthly payments is recalculated and adjusted to redress any over or underpayment.
