Christina Thornton, Finance Manager
I joined ILS Case Management as a Trainee Accounts Assistant in October 2009 and was promoted to Finance Manager in 2014 to lead the finance and payroll departments.
I am very proud to be able to work for ILS and strongly endorse its’ client centred approach to everything it does. Our payroll team has a supportive and inclusive approach, using their expertise to manage all aspects of our clients’ care team payroll processing. As well as managing the general business finances, the finance team are skilled at adapting to changes in client’s needs, which can include managing funds for client purchases.
Outside of work I have two small boys that keep me on my toes. We love to spend time outdoors as a family and can be found tending to plants and playing in the garden at weekends, whatever the weather!
