HR Manager – ILS Staff
Emma joined ILS in September 2014, having previously worked as an independent HR consultant. Previous to this Emma worked as a HR manager for Action on Addiction and has over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources.
Emma is qualified to CIPD level 7 in Human Resources and became a Chartered Member of the CIPD in 2006.
As HR Manager, Emma is responsible for overseeing the HR services for all ILS staff and associates, ensuring the people management strategy meets the needs of the business.
Outside of ILS, Emma provides a taxi service for her children and enjoys dancing both at dance classes and in her kitchen.
