Emma Ferguson, Director of HR – ILS Staff
I joined ILS Case Management in September 2014, having previously worked as an independent HR consultant and as a HR manager for the charity Action on Addiction.
I have over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and am qualified to CIPD level 7 in Human Resources. I became a Chartered Member of the CIPD in 2006.
As Director of HR, I am responsible for overseeing the HR services for the ILS team, ensuring the people management strategy meets the needs of the business. People and culture are my passion, and it is a real privilege to be able to work on the board to drive and influence change within ILS, to ensure that a genuine positive and inclusive culture exists.
Outside of ILS, I enjoy various forms of dancing and am always keen to try new sports. My latest mission is to become a good enough tennis player to beat my son.
