Sarah Ransome, Director of Client Services
Following a career in social care I joined ILS Case Management in 2011 as an Operations Manager. In my current role as Director of Client Services, I oversee our client facing case management team and hold the role of registered manager for CQC. Working in this dynamic field is both motivating and challenging, every day is different and as an agile service provider our focus is firmly on our clients. Working as part of a well established management team, and supported by excellent case managers, we are proud of our person-centred approach and the excellent outcomes we enable our clients to achieve.
Outside of work I like to enjoy my free time having fun with my family and attending live comedy as often as I can.
