Client Services Manager
Sarah joined ILS in July 2011 as an Operations Manager and now holds the role of Client Services Manager.
Sarah is a qualified social worker, and prior to joining ILS worked in a variety of adult social care roles in learning disability and brain injury teams in Wiltshire and Essex. Within these roles Sarah gained a working knowledge of health social care legislation and supported individuals and families within the community using these structures to meet the needs of and safeguard vulnerable people. She is HCPC registered, and her area of expertise is working with adults with complex needs.
Sarah is responsible for overseeing ILS client services, including case manager and rehabilitation provision, client HR, care quality and support services functions.
