Our Professional Mentor team provide our Case Managers with peer review and maintain clinical standards and provide continuity of service for all clients. They all have many years of case management experience which allows them to support our Case Managers in all aspects of their role.
Alongside formal 6-weekly mentoring sessions, Case Managers can contact their mentor whenever they require support or advice as part of our Case Manager quality assurance process.
As well as being involved in the induction of our new Case Managers, the mentor team also play a key role at the start of every case and have a detailed knowledge of each case, which allows us to provide continuity of service at all times. We know how important this is for our catastrophically injured clients and those around them. Your client will always have an uninterrupted case management service and their Case Manager will be able to take annual leave knowing that their clients’ needs will be fully met.
Lucy is a qualified Occupational Therapist and joined ILS Case Management as a Case Manager in 2011. She is now part of the professional mentoring team, supporting the Case Managers on a day-to-day basis.
