Work as a Case Manager
The focus of our Case Managers is to support their client to regain and maintain a more rewarding quality of life, and our support covers every aspect of their physical, intellectual, and emotional wellbeing.
You’ll be provided with a free BABICM and CMSUK registration, as well as a full induction programme, ongoing training, and mentorship. Every Case Manager is assigned a dedicated professional mentor who is highly experienced in Case Management and in working with ILS as a company. They will provide you with expert knowledge and problem-solving support with complex issues as well as practical client support and cover when needed.
Whether you join us as a self-employed or employed Case Manager, our Head Office team offers admin, IT, finance and payroll support for every employee. This means we can assist in a wide range of tasks, from hiring support workers to finding clients for you. You won’t need to chase client payments, pay carers, or market your services to solicitors – Our Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing teams will do this for you.
