Key to achieving great rehabilitation outcomes for our clients is our person-centred approach. Peer review, and regular feedback from clients, support staff and customers ensures we continuously maintain and improve this approach.

We work with our client and their family to set goals and support everyone involved to work to achieve the goals. This may include family, support workers, schools and colleges, employers, statutory and private therapists and voluntary organisations.

Our case managers are all highly skilled professional who have many years of clinical experience to support their case management role. They work closely with our head office team to give our clients a bespoke service tailored to their exact requirements.

For Solicitors, Deputies and Insurers

We work with you to provide your clients with a professional service tailored to their individual needs. Our Operations team will respond to your referral within 24 hours and offer a virtual or face to face Meet and Greet. We will complete an INA report within 10 days of the assessment visit and case management can begin immediately.

All case managers are health and social care professionals with many years of experience prior to becoming case managers. They will determine your reporting requirements and preferred means of communication on a case by case basis. Our aim is to work with you, the client, and all other stakeholders to facilitate the best outcomes for every client.

Our flexible business terms enable early INA and case management intervention to ensure swift and effective rehabilitation.
