Many of the clients whom we work with have complex care and support needs. Frequently, the client’s family or friends are unable to meet all the care and support needs alone.
ILS Case Managers are all qualified health professionals and have many years’ experience working in a wide variety of health and social care settings. The Case Manager is able to carefully assess these needs and help identify the right carer/support worker for them.
The Case Manager will work on behalf of the client to recruit for them. Working as a Support Worker for ILS Clients means that you will have a dedicated Case Manager who oversees the case and who will carry out:
- The organisation of appropriate training – formal and informal
- Annual appraisal
- Team meetings
- Ongoing support with day to day issues
All Support Workers will receive a competitive rate of pay, 5.6 weeks annual leave, free DBS Check and free training.
ILS also have a large dedicated HR team, who are all CIPD qualified, and who are able to assist both Case Managers and Support Workers throughout the recruitment and employment journey.
