Providing case management for adults who have a variety of conditions and complex needs

2015 to Present Somek and Associates – Expert Witness (Care and Occupational Therapy)

Including assessment of claimants and writing reports with opinion and recommendations for past, current and future needs. Reports include immediate needs assessments, liability reports and full quantum reports. Liaison with solicitors and barristers including attending case conferences.

2015 to 2017 Specialist Neurological Occupational Therapist

Assessment and therapy input for adults with complex neurological conditions including acquired brain injury, spina bifida and cerebral palsy.

2014 to Present Independent Occupational Therapist and trainer

Home based assessments, rehabilitation, independent mobility assessments and provision of training.

2013 to 2018 Clinical advisor (NHS)

Supporting caseholding clinicians with the management of complex cases including moving and handling, pressure care, safeguarding, palliative care and management of plus size people. Assessment for and provision of bespoke equipment. Complex risk assessment.
