Profile
Anna has worked for many years in social care as a social worker and team manager with children and young people. During this time, she has gained extensive experience of working with children with complex and life limiting disabilities. Anna is very person centred and applies this approach when assessing needs and recommending packages of care and rehabilitation. Anna has a comprehensive knowledge of statutory services, funding and CC. Anna has many years’ experience of managing teams and is skilled in the recruitment and management of staff. Anna has worked in challenging situations and is able to develop strong working relationships with clients and families.
