2017 to Dec 2018 Community Occupational Therapist, Access Independent/Hampshire County Council.
Major Adaptations assessment with clients with neurological conditions and musculoskeletal conditions.

2005 to 2013 Community Occupational Therapist, Solent NHS Trust, Southampton. Short and long term interventions with complex caseload of adults including admission avoidance, rehabilitation programmes and minor and major adaptations.
