I have extensive experience working with adults with neurological conditions. I can use these skills to complete thorough and detailed assessments of client’s needs and develop clear person-centred goals with them and their families to direct case management input. I can supervise and manage staff and lead and coordinate teams as well as liaising with the many different professionals and organisations that are involved with my clients. I have gained a lot of experience working in the community and am familiar with the issues which can arise for clients at home.
