I have over 30 years’ experience as a Specialist Community Practitioner. I was a Specialist Nurse adviser for children’s disabilities in Early Support and have 6 years’ experience as a case manager. I am a conscientious and dedicated case manager who has a goal based holistic approach together with measurable outcomes for clients and their families. I am able to support them through the litigation process and post litigation with ongoing support.

I provide a sensitive and compassionate approach to clients and their families in ensuring that they feel confident working with me. I quickly develop a positive working relationship with clients and their families and apply my skills and knowledge to overcome challenges.

Previous Clinical Experience

May 2018 – Present - Case Manager working with children and adults who are going through/have been through the litigation process. Working as a Case Manager for ILS since February 2020

July 2014 – May 2018 – Continuing Care Case Manager for Hastings and Rother CCG – coordinating packages of care for clients with a variety of complex needs

2006 – 2014 – Various paediatric nursing positions including, Community paediatric nurse, Specialist Nurse Advisor, Children’s Safeguarding Nurse

1987 – 2006 – Various Nursing positions including District Nursing Sister, Team Leader- Community Evening Service, and Hospital nursing positions

My first-hand extensive knowledge and training encompasses children, young adults and older adults with a range of neurological injuries including many with significant additional medical complexities.
