Previous Clinical Experience

2019 - Present: Director of Wanderlust Therapy for Kids.
Lindsey works as a Paediatric Physiotherapist in Surrey and surrounding areas. Lindsey provides expert physiotherapy assessment, treatment, support and advice for every child and family and ensures diligent use of outcome measures to ensure effective practice.

2019 (January to March): Tadworth Children’s Trust (Locum Physiotherapist)
Lindsey worked with the paediatric rehabilitation team at the Children’s Trust assessing and treating children with acquired brain injury. Lindsey provided expert rehabilitation to all children during their rehabilitation placement working as part of a large specialised interdisciplinary team.

2017 – 2018: Sidra Research and Medical Hospital, Doha, Qatar

Lindsey worked within the Interdisciplinary Spina Bifida clinic and paediatric rehabilitation medicine clinics. Advocating for families, collaborating with outside services such as homecare, seating and mobility services, education and social work to provide a ‘team around the child’ approach within the context of the biopsychosocial framework. Lindsey also carried out tertiary level consultative physiotherapy assessments and specialised therapy treatments within the outpatient setting.

2016 – 2017: The Children’s Medical Center, Dubai
Lindsey had a case load of children with neurological, musculoskeletal and developmental conditions.
Working alongside Paediatric therapists and doctors to provide a multi-disciplinary approach. Lindsey also carried out joint assessments with paediatric orthopaedic consultants.
