Duties include staff supervision, training and budgetary management. During this period Nargis also worked part time as an Independent Occupational Therapist with both adults and children.

1994 to 2001 Care Manager/ Occupational Therapist/Assistant Manager Hertfordshire County Council

Duties included assessment and management of and advocacy for the needs of disabled children, adults and their carers; provision of adaptations, equipment for home and work settings and home care services.

Tim moved into the role of Clinical Lead in 2011, having spent the seven years prior working as a Case Manager for ILS. An adult nurse by background, Tim’s areas of specialism include adult brain injury and behaviours that challenge.
