Mar 2017 to Sep 2018 Rehabilitation Case Manager, Bush and Company - Providing case management for clients following spinal cord injury, brain injury and orthopaedic trauma events resulting in complex rehabilitation requirements.

Oct 2015 - Current Physiotherapy Lead, HCA Healthcare, The Wilmslow Hospital - Responsible for managing both the in-patient service and out-patient physiotherapy service. Natalie managed a team of 3 physiotherapists, with experience in recruitment, staff conflict and interview skills. Interim manager and process improvement of imaging department. Moved to Locum contact in December 2017.
