I assess for and implement client-centred rehabilitation programmes, establishing short-term and long-term goals focussing on my client’s specific needs. I identify barriers to independence including assessing each client’s environment to identify required adaptations. I have extensive experience of developing training programmes for support workers and families which are key to successful rehabilitation. I have further developed my skills, to incorporate work-place assessments, including transferable skills analysis and vocational rehabilitation in the workplace.
