Profile

I am an experienced qualified Nurse with many years of Case Management experience within the NHS. I am committed to ensuring high standards of clinical care for children, young people and adults with, brain injuries, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs and additional health needs.

I am a responsible, mature professional with excellent communication skills and come with considerable experience of joint working in partnership with health care, social care, education, private sector and community settings.

Previous Clinical Experience

November 2019 – present – ILS Case Manager for Children and Young people

Jan 2016 – Nov 2019 – Various short term contract roles as a Children’s nurse assessor/complex Case Manager consultant with various Children’s Continuing care/vulnerable people’s/learning disability teams.

Jan 2010 – Dec 2015 Children’s Continuing Care Commissioning Nurse – Nottingham/Peterborough.

Qualified as a learning disability nurse in 1998 and worked as a nurse since then in various hospital and community settings.
