2000 to 2001 Unit Manager of Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit, Ticehurst House Hospital. This role included the management of a large multi-disciplinary team, holding the unit budget and ultimate responsibility for clinical and financial responsibility for the unit
1996 to 2000 Nurse at West Kent Neuro-rehabilitation Unit. Responsibilities included close multidisciplinary team working with adult clients with varied neurological diagnoses, including Acquired Brain Injury.
