Profile

I have worked for 17 years as a case manager, caring for both children and adults. With a background in nursing and counselling I bring an additional set of specialist skills to my work.

My extensive experience has been to assist those who have sustained catastrophic injuries which have led to multiple health and psychological difficulties. I work in a person-centred way to provide solutions for my clients to help them meet their goals.

I am energetic and innovative and always promote a collaborative and multi-disciplinary approach. I believe good communication is key to ensuring the client’s voice is heard, and that support workers need to be well supported and encouraged to feel valued members of the team.
