Laura qualified in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours, in Occupational Therapy from Exeter University. As a rotational therapist she gained experience in clinical areas including orthopaedic, stroke and amputee rehabilitation, acute general medicine and neurology.
Janet is a highly motivated social work practitioner with considerable experience in health and social care environments both as a qualified social worker and in a managerial capacity.
Stephanie is a specialist Neurological Occupational Therapist currently working as an associate OT and as a clinical specialist Occupational Therapist in a private Neuro-rehabilitation hospital.
Jeanette provides case management for adults with complex needs. She has considerable experience with neurological conditions, traumatic brain injury and physical disabilities including amputees.Jeanette has worked for Independent Living Solutions as a Case Manager since 2013.
Suzanne has considerable experience of working with those who have a variety of conditions and complex needs including acquired brain injury and spinal injury.
Carol is a skilled clinician with experience of working with children and young adults with a wide range of complex needs including neurological and developmental disabilities.
Natalie is particularly skilled in working with clients who have moderate to complex/ catastrophic rehabilitation needs following spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and orthopaedic trauma, both in clinical and community settings.
Genevieve has extensive experience in providing specialist multi-disciplinary assessment and management for clients who have acquired neurological conditions and complex disabilities. Working with both paediatric and adult clients, their families and care teams, Genevieve is adept at working with the most challenging family dynamics.
Clare has worked with ILS for 6 years as a skilled and proficient Speech and Language Therapist. She has worked in this capacity with both adults and children with complex needs resulting from brain injury.
Helen Qualified is a Professional Mentor and Case Manager with previous experience in Occupational Therapy. She studied at Lancaster University, gaining a Graduate Diploma.
Lucy has considerable experience of case management of those with neurological conditions during both acute and rehabilitation phases of their recovery.
Virginia has over 15 years Case management experience. Both her clinical skills and managerial experience have been built up over the years working with children and adults with high level, complex cognitive and physical challenges.
Juliette is a highly specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist qualifying in 1992 from St Mary’s Hospital School of Physiotherapy. Juliette has worked in a wide variety of community setting before joining ILS in 2015.
Rehana is an experienced Occupational Therapist with expertise in both case management and rehabilitation. She has extensive experience of working with clients in the areas of acquired brain injury and mental health.
Specialising in the field of acquired brain injury rehabilitation since 1991, Catherine has worked predominantly in neuro-rehabilitation for much of her career.
Amanda has over twenty years' experience of working as an Occupational Therapist in multidisciplinary teams in non-maintained residential special schools.
Sally has a broad range of experience and clinical skills in working with adults with acquired neurological conditions. She has worked in neuro-rehabilitation for most of her career.
Susannah has extensive experience working in the field of learning and physical disabilities, primarily with children and their families.
Sophie provides case management for adults with acquired brain injury and is a specialist in working with clients with a spinal injury.
Elaine is an experienced case manager with a broad range of practical knowledge and clinical skills. She is confident managing clients with multiple pathologies and offering education and training to professional staff, relatives and support workers.
Kara has over 15 years experience as a Physiotherapist working with adults and children with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. Since graduating in 2003 she has worked in the NHS and private sector gaining vast experience of working with clients with complex disabilities, supporting their families and managing effective therapy and support packages.
Eleanor became a Case Manager with ILS in 2017. She is passionate about working with individuals who have complex needs and has developed a strong skill set in meeting the requirements of her clients and their families.

Jessica qualified in July 1998 from Queen Mary & Westfield College (University of London) with a Diploma in Occupational Therapy. Prior to this, she gained a BSc degree in Psychology at Oxford Brookes University, graduating in 1994.
Kim has worked extensively with individuals with Spinal Cord Injury in a variety of settings, from acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and in long term management.
Katrina has a wealth of experience working with adults and adolescents with neurological conditions including traumatic brain injury.
Odile has extensive experience of supporting clients through assessment and rehabilitation, working with a variety of client groups including acquired brain injury, neurological conditions and mental health support needs.
Sarah provides case management of children with complex needs including cerebral palsy and acquired brain injury and has a special interest in moving and handling and housing adaptations.
Kate provides case management and occupational therapy for children and adults with acquired brain injury and cerebral palsy.
Anna is an Occupational Therapist with over 14 years’ experience, who has worked in community and acute services as well as within the private sector. Anna has considerable clinical skills and has worked with people with complex needs including those with physical disabilities and cognitive impairments.
Cathy is a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) having gained experience and high level clinical reasoning skills from roles in both NHS, social care teams and the private sector.
Eliot has extensive experience of case management of adults with acquired brain injury focusing on maximising their potential and ensuring they have the support they need to optimise their rehabilitation goals.

Lindsey has 14 years’ experience as a specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist and now works as both a case manager and physiotherapist for children and young people with complex neuro-disabilities.
Nargis has experience of working both as an Occupational Therapist and as a Care Manager within the NHS, Social Services and the private sector with adults and children.
Sue-Anne graduated with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town in 2004. She moved to England in 2006 and specialised in the field of Adult Neurology since 2009.

Tim has over 18 years’ experience as a brain injury case manager and is especially skilled and experienced in working with adults who present a challenge to those around them through the behaviour they present as a result of their brain injury.
Gilbert has worked for over 20 years in the private and public sector and is a Mental Health Nurse and Best Interests Assessor. He is also experienced in the management of neuro rehabilitation programs following catastrophic injury.
