ILS Launches HR Plus

In response to requests from our referrers, we are delighted to announce the launch of our latest new ILS Plus services.

HR Plus is a standalone client HR administration service and comes hot on the heels of the standalone client payroll service, Payroll Plus, launched earlier this year.

HR Plus provides expert solutions meeting all your recruitment needs, including creation and placing of adverts, assistance with job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, telephone interviews, arranging face to face interviews and setting up trial shifts.

They also provide a full onboarding service including:

  • Provision of offer letter and contract
  • Processing of references
  • Administration of DBS documentation
  • Driving licence and right to work checks
  • Obtaining payroll and time sheet information
  • Provision of employment handbook
  • Provision of annual leave information

The dedicated Client HR team are all qualified HR professionals and are led by Ellie Conway who is an Associate Member of the CIPD with expertise in employment law, employee relations and performance management. HR Plus dovetails seamlessly with our Payroll Plus Service but both services can also be enlisted independently.
