As COVID-19 continues to impact on all aspects of our lives, we want to reassure you that our priority remains to support our clients and their families through difficult times.

The flexible and robust systems we have put in place ensure that you can be confident that our team will continue to provide an excellent service for our clients.

In order to maintain the health and well-being of our clients and staff, we have made some changes to the way we work and communicate with you, without compromising on quality of service.

Case Management
Our Case Managers are available to support your clients with most of the work delivered remotely. We recommend that specific queries are directed to the relevant case manager to ensure client needs can be adequately met within a safe framework so please get in touch with any concerns.

In the meantime, we are pleased to be able to offer the following for your clients:

  • Meet and Greet: If you were hoping to arrange a meet and greet for your client and their family in order to select a Case Manager to work with them, we have a range of remote video options available.
  • Immediate Needs Assessment (INA): We are happy to undertake remote INA’s and can offer various video options to best suit the needs of the client and their family. Please contact our Operations managers on 01722 742442 or email operations@indliv.co.uk.

Rehabilitation Solutions
Our Therapists and Nurses are familiar with using video technology and are now offering the following:

  • Current clients: virtual sessions with clients, family members and/or support team members to help keep the momentum going for their rehabilitation.
  • New referrals or enquiries: We can offer remote information gathering, working on initial goals for your client on a case by case basis to meet their needs. Bespoke quotes will be provided to reflect the level of support required.
  • The option to start therapy via video link, rather than waiting until face-to-face meetings are again possible. Therapists are also able to research and send information about specialist equipment and other services to support client needs, saving time at a later date.

We are fully equipped for video conferencing and are happy to use this if you would like to speak ‘face to face’ with a member of our team.
