Keeping to the theme of the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic games, this summer we were delighted to have the opportunity to sponsor the Panathlon Challenge’s second west counties title.
This ‘mini Paralympic’ competition was just one of many held every year by the incredible Panathlon Challenge charity. Panathlon provide over 10,000 disabled children every year with real opportunities to partake in competitive sport.
Our sponsorship meant that not were ILS able to fund the entire day, but we were able to send a small team of volunteers along to help support. We’d like to wish massive congratulations to The Chalet School, Swindon, who won the competition and claimed the west counties title.
“It was great to have ILS on board. We hope that we can work together next year on similar events and expose our participants to a like-minded organisation such as ILS.”
