I am a highly experienced Occupational Therapist in the areas of long- term health conditions and Vocational Rehabilitation. My areas of particular clinical interests are neurology, fatigue management, cognition and vocational rehabilitation supporting individuals to stay in work with the knowledge that work is a good health outcome.

During my career I have been drawn to working in the community to provide a holistic assessment and treatment approach to my client group. My clinical experience covers a wide range of diagnosis including mental health and physical conditions.

One of the highlights of my career was involvement in a research project developing FACETS; Fatigue- Applying Cognitive behavioural and Energy effectiveness Techniques to lifestyle for individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis. This research was published and is being used across the UK and beyond by OT’s working in neurology. I was involved in a ‘train the trainer’ approach to delivering the programme.
