2018 to Present Case Manager and Physiotherapist with Independent Living Solutions.

2015 to Present Owner and clinical lead Physiotherapist Kara Clarke Physiotherapy. She treats children and adults, writes care plans, sets goals and works with the multidisciplinary team, schools and other health professionals. She maintains high levels of quality of care through regular training and professional development.

2013 to 2015 Somerset Partnership, Community Paediatric Physiotherapist. Physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management of children 0-19 with complex conditions including cerebral palsy, neuromuscular conditions, orthopaedic and respiratory conditions. During this post, she worked in schools, clinic and client’s homes. She worked with equipment companies assessing and providing equipment and postural management for her clients as well as providing joint assessments and treatments with Occupational Therapists, Speech and language therapists, Orthotists and wheelchair clinic.

2005 to 2010 Salisbury District Hospital / Warminster Community Hospital, Team Lead Physiotherapy. During this post, she gained experience in management of a department and in staff recruitment, supervision and training. Also worked in hydrotherapy.
