This was a unique role where Sue-Anne worked collaboratively with patients, families and various professionals across agencies to ensure that patients with complex neuro-rehab needs are able to access the correct services at the right time. This is achieved through the application of expert neuro-rehab clinical reasoning skills, combined with knowledge of acute and community services across South East London.
