Ellie Conway

I joined ILS Case Management in November 2007 as a HR Administrator, over the years that followed I was supported by ILS to develop my career and was promoted to Client HR Manager in 2014. In this role I lead our Client HR Department providing a vital service to our Case Managers and clients. I am an Associate Member of the CIPD, with expertise in employment law, employee relations, and performance management.

My role encompasses managing the Client HR team, developing, and delivering the Client HR and recruitment strategy and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

I am proud to lead a team of CIPD qualified HR professionals who work alongside the Case Managers to support and manage Team Leaders and Support Workers on behalf of our clients.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, and walking, and cycling in the countryside. I also like to take the opportunity to travel overseas when I can. As a qualified gymnastics coach, I can occasionally be found teaching at my local club.
