I joined ILS Case Management in September 2014, having previously worked as an independent HR Consultant and as a HR Manager for the charity Action on Addiction.
I have over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and am qualified to CIPD level 7 in Human Resources. I became a Chartered Member of the CIPD in 2006.
As Business Services Director, I am responsible for overseeing our Finance, IT, GDPR and Health and Safety alongside the HR services for the ILS team, ensuring the people management strategy meets the needs of the business. People and culture are my passion, and it is a real privilege to be able to work on the board to drive and influence change within ILS, to ensure that a genuine positive and inclusive culture exists.
Outside of ILS, I enjoy various forms of dancing and am always keen to try new sports. My latest mission is to become a good enough tennis player to beat my son.
