I joined the Operations Team in November 2021 as the Clinical Quality lead. Within my remit I oversee training, policy and all things Quality related.
My background is in nursing having qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 1998 and have been working in Clinical Quality and service development for over 18 years, across the NHS and independent sector. Prior to joining ILS I worked as a registered manager for a nursing home, focussing on standards and quality, and liaising with families and residents to ensure care met people’s needs and wishes.
At home, I have two teenage sons who attend the local school, and we all enjoy going for a walk with our dog, Margot. If I can, I’m mostly found in the garden getting my hands dirty, weeding and trying to grow plants from seeds.
