I joined ILS Case Management in September 2013 as a HR Administrator after taking a career break. In my time at ILS, I have been promoted to HR Advisor and then to HR Manager. I have been fortunate to find such a super employer to support me to balance the care of my family whilst also furthering my career again. At ILS, I have found a place to enjoy my work, feel valued and make a difference.

I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD with over 20 years HR experience. I have had experience working in the services, manufacturing and IT sectors. I have always been a generalist but have an interest in employee development and well-being and equality, diversity and inclusivity.

My role encompasses delivering the HR and recruitment strategy working in partnership with all our employees to ensure ILS is truly a great place to work.

Outside of work I enjoy being active, running, walking, swimming, cycling. I like to cook, read and laugh and unfortunately, I am an insufferable history bore!
