Susie Quinlan

I am one of the Operations Managers overseeing the management of new referrals to ILS and the coordination of our team of Case Managers.

I joined ILS Case Management in January 2007 as a paediatric Case Manager and have also fulfilled other roles including Professional Mentor and Learning and Development Manager.

I am an Occupational Therapist by background and have worked in a variety of settings in both statutory (NHS and social care) and independent sectors with children and young people with additional needs and their families.

I have extensive experience as a Case Manager and retain my passion for achieving great outcomes for clients which I am always keen to share with others when speaking at conferences on the subject of case management and related topics, of which I have been fortunate to do on numerous occasions.

Outside of ILS I have many interests which include cooking; regular countryside walks – I have just finished walking round the Isle of Wight and my next challenge is walking the South Downs Way; singing in a choir, attempting to grow some fruit and veg on my allotment and I am regular participant at Portsmouth Outdoor fitness classes.
