Depending on the requirements of the role, you don’t always need qualifications or previous work experience in the sector to get a job as a Support Worker, what is important is having the right values, behaviours and attitudes to work effectively with people who need care and support.

Working as a Support Worker for an ILS client means that you will have a dedicated Case Manager – a qualified health professional with many years’ experience working in a wide variety of health and social care settings. The Case Manager oversees the case and will carry out:

  • Your induction
  • Supervision
  • The organisation of appropriate training – formal and informal
  • Annual appraisal
  • Team meetings
  • Ongoing support with day-to-day issues

All Support Workers receive a competitive rate of pay, 5.6 weeks annual leave, free DBS Check, and free training (including the Care Certificate).
ILS also have a large, dedicated Client HR team, who are all CIPD qualified, and who can assist both Case Managers and Support Workers throughout the recruitment and employment journey.
