Janet Cook, Operations Manager
I joined ILS Case Management as a qualified Occupational Therapist in 2007 working for a number of years as a Case Manager and a Professional Mentor prior to being appointed Operations Manager alongside Susie Quinlan.
I enjoy the variety that the role offers, in particular, the ability to support Mentors and Case Managers in achieving the best outcomes for their clients. While managing referrals, ensuring the clients are kept at the heart of what we do is very important to me as I believe strongly that individuals should have the support they need to succeed.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, going on long walks (I would love a dog, but the jury is out on that one with my husband!) and I do a lot of yoga and Pilates. This means I try to get a good work/life balance which I feel is beneficial to work and home.
