Profile
Danielle has a background in social work where she had worked in a variety of roles with adults and young people with complex needs for over 16 years. Danielle enjoys getting to know her clients and their families well and wants to understand what is important to them.
Danielle is highly skilled in assessing needs across a wide range of disabilities and in coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care. She is experienced in organising and monitoring care packages and considering various options to support individuals within their own homes or in supported living environments. Danielle is also a qualified Best Interests Assessor and is highly knowledgeable in the areas of mental capacity, safeguarding and continuing health care.
Danielle brings a dedication and passion to her case management work to support and advocate for her clients and ensure that they get the highest quality input.
