Elaine qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1991.

Elaine has worked as a Case Manager for Independent Living Solutions since 2013.


  • Case management of adults with acquired brain injury and complex mental health needs
  • Writing clear concise comprehensive needs assessments using functional and cognitive assessment skills
  • Liaising with multi-disciplinary team members coordinating the rehabilitation pathway
  • Provision of client centered care
  • A broad range of experience and clinical skills and is confident managing individuals with multiple pathologies
  • Providing specialist assessment, intervention and discharge planning for individuals who have a neurological diagnosis

Elaine is skilled in offering education and training to professional staff, relatives and support workers. She is confident working independently and within a team, and has excellent communication skills. Alongside her role in private practice Elaine is the lead Occupational Therapist in a 20 bed Stroke Unit. Elaine is a highly motivated individual who is passionate and committed to providing high quality care.
