Elize Rossouw

Elize is an experienced Occupational Therapist, having qualified in 1998, she has gained valuable experience working with adults with a range of physical and cognitive disabilities and long-term chronic conditions. She is experienced at completing holistic assessments, which include  consideration of the client’s housing, care, equipment and therapy needs.

As a case manager  Elize  is adept in managing rehabilitation and complex care of clients, involving multi-disciplinary input , medical and social care team She manages clients’ rehabilitation plans, liaise with the solicitors and the insurance companies, providing clear and concise written communication.

Elize is passionate about working closely with clients, their families, and carers, to plan and implement relevant services to help them fulfil their potential.
