Using the experience developed in clinical roles since qualifying I have an excellent understanding of the importance of supporting my clients and their wider families following a catastrophic event and enjoy working to resolve complex issues to enable my clients to achieve their goals.

Utilising all my previous neurosurgical knowledge and skills in combination with experience of community nursing to provide complex case management for those with an acquired brain injury.I have worked across 3 Clinical Commissioning Groups’ and had a caseload in excess of 60 patients. Autonomous within my role and responsible and accountable for the ABI budget.
I networked within the field of acquired brain injury and sat on the SABIF steering group. Have previously been responsible for the running of the team of case managers providing support, supervision, appraisals and as a team were in the implementation phase of personal health budgets
