I am a compassionate, hardworking clinician with a good sense of humour.  I listen carefully to the things that are most important to my clients and their families and ensure I provide the support required. I have a wealth of experience working in the community managing care teams on behalf of my clients ensuring the support provided meets their specific needs.  I am used to working with other professionals and always advocate well for my clients, keeping them at the centre of everything I do.

Hometouch, Complex Nursing Lead (Dec 2020 – October 2023)

Managing care teams for clients within a specific geographical area. Responsible for reviewing clinical notes, supervision, care planning and trouble shooting. Provision of clinical training for carers.

Apollo Home Healthcare, Nurse (Aug 2020- Dec 2020)

Completing complex medical procedures, medication management, liaising with familes and future care planning.

National Star College, School Nurse (Sept 2017 – Sept 2019)

Creating care plans, staff team management and provision of bespoke medical training.

Children’s Hospice Southwest (Sept 2016 – Sept 2017)

Caring for children from 0 to 21 years with a range of life-limiting conditions and end of life care. Within this role, I performed complex and individualised care routines specific to the needs of each child/young person.
