Katy is an experienced physiotherapist having worked for over 10 years in both statutory services and the private sector. Katy has a strong clinical background and versatile skills to work with both adults, young people and children. Katy has particular expertise in the areas of orthopaedics and paediatrics and  has worked with individuals who are going through personal injury or medical negligence claims producing reports to support this.

Katy has a warm and empathetic approach and a commitment to develop strong relationships with the clients and families that she works with. She enjoys working with clients on a long-term basis taking time to assess their needs and work with them to put in place recommendations to help them achieve their goals. Katy works seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams and support workers to ensure coordinated and consistent care. Her practice is always client-centred, with a focus on empowering individuals throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• Deliver comprehensive assessment and treatment for post-operative and post-injury patients in both outpatient and ward-based settings.

All of our Case Managers are supported by a member of the Clinical Lead team to provide peer review, maintain clinical standards and provide continuity of service for all clients.

Laura Porter Laura has been a Clinical Lead since 2020, bringing nearly ten years of experience as an ILS Case Manager to the role. A qualified Occupational Therapist, Laura specialises in supporting children and young people who have sustained a brain injury.
